The Sox are looking very good. With this weekend's sweep of the hapless Tigers, they're only 3 back of the Yankees. They're also 4.5 ahead of the A's for the Wildcard.
Player of the Week: Nomar Garciaparra - .750 avg. against the Tigers. Can't stop him, you can only hope to contain him.

The Pats
|
All I can say is "How about them Pats?" A 2-0 start that nobody except for me predicted. Sure, the defense is a little suspect, but Drew and the offense are on point. A 4-0 start is a definite possibility with games against the NY Giants and the Browns ahead.
Player of the Week: Drew Bledsoe - That's the second-half Drew I'm talking about. 4 TDs, 299 yards, and no INTs. Can't beat that with a bat.

The B's
|
A 3-0-1 preseason is a positive any way you look at it. It'd be nice to get Lord Byron signed but Tallas and Grahame are doing a solid job.
Player of the Week: Anson Carter - 3 goals in 4 games. Looks like he's going to put up another solid season.
